SECURITY CLEARANCES
The owner of BNL Technical Services, LLC has been granted a DOE “L” Level
Clearance (Oct. 2000, renewed July 2004). This allows BNL Technical Services,
LLC to supply individuals where high-level security clearances are required.
COMPANY AFFILIATES AND/OR SUBSIDIARIES
BNL Technical Services, LLC is not owned, controlled, influenced, or has any
formal or informal business ties or interests with any other “firm
or business” which would adversely affect the contractual commitments
of any subcontract issued.
FOCI CERTIFICATION
A favorable Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) determination was
rendered to BNL Technical Services, LLC by the Department of Energy, Fluor
Federal Services Office, Hanford, WA in October 2000.

BNL Technical Services, LLC is committed to the implementation, and maintenance
of a Quality Assurance Program, according to the requirements of DOE Order
414.1A and 10 CFR 830.120, as well as ASME NQA-1-1989 Edition. This Quality
Assurance Program ensures that all of our activities and processes are
planned, reviewed, controlled, and verified for compliance with applicable
federal regulations, licenses, national standards, contractual requirements,
and other quality assurance commitments. BNL Technical Services, LLC strives
for continuous improvement in our processes, item quality, and the methods
and procedures employed to achieve quality.

and Technical Services Firm incorporated in the State of Washington. BNL Technical
Services, LLC is a Woman Owned and Managed Small Business as set forth in
Section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 USC 632) and Section 13 of the Code
of Federal Regulations, Part 121 (13 CFR, Part 121). Since its inception in
1999, BNL has rendered or is currently rendering a variety of nuclear professional
and technical support services for several clients/customers including
services at Energy Northwest’s Columbia Generating Station and at Department
of Energy Nuclear Facilities/Sites.
